Q. How do I subscribe?
A. You may subscribe on-line at our Website www.tsfmag.com , mail a check or money order or call and provide credit card information over the phone or fax information to us. We do not send out invoices.

Q. How do I give gift subscription?
A. You may subscribe on-line at our Website www.tsfmag.com , mail a check or money order or call and provide credit card information over the phone or fax information to us. Provide us with the name and address of each person you would like to send a gift subscription to. Texas Saltwater Fishing Magazine makes a great gift for any occasion (Birthday’s , Graduation, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Thank You’s or just because ) and the recipient enjoys it for a full year.

Q. When can I expect my first issue after I subscribe?
A. New subscriptions received after the 10th of the month will usually take 4-6 weeks before you receive your first magazine. If you see the magazine on the newsstand you will not be receiving that month when you subscribe.

Q. Will I receive a notification that my subscription is expiring?
A. Yes, 6-8 weeks before your subscription expires you will receive a card in the mail.

Q . How can I tell when my subscription is going to expire?
A. To find the expiration date look at the left side of your label. You’ll find the month and year of expiration abbreviated (example circled below).

If you ever have a question or need help with a subscription just make sure you have: subscribers name, address and phone number.

Q. How do I change the address on my subscription? A. You may call the office or send an email to store@tsfmag.com , just include subscriber’s name, old address and new address and phone number. All changes must be received by the 10th of the month to be effective for the issue that is mailed out at the end of each month. For example July 2009 issue is mailed out towards the end of June so that it is received by subscribers by the first week of July if not earlier.

Q. If I have a problem with my subscription what do I do?
A. If you ever have a problem please either call us at (361)785-3420 or send an email to store@tsfmag.com. With any correspondence please include subscriber’s name, address and phone number and the nature of your problem. We will return your call or reply to your email promptly.

Q. Why didn’t I receive my magazine in the mail?
A. If an issue is missing due to our error or a postal delivery problem-we will extend your subscription by one month. If the subscribers address has changed and we were not notified we cannot extend your subscription. Subscribers are responsible for informing us of their current address. If the subscription has expired you will not receive that month’s magazine.

If your magazine is repeatedly missing in the mail we require that the subscriber call their local Post Office and report that they are not receiving the magazine and also have them call the Main Post Office number 1-800-275-8777 and reference Publication Watch Form 3721 and report the magazine is not being delivered. This is the only way we have to notify the Post Office of problems in certain areas. If this does not correct the problem we will need another address to mail the magazine to.
