Jalapeno Marinated Fried Trout
Soak up the spice, without the heat!

6 medium speckled trout fillets
1 bottle Jalapeno Tabasco Sauce
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 to 2 cups lime juice (enough to cover fish)
2 cups cornmeal
Cooking oil

Marinate fillets one hour, roll in corn meal and pan fry.
