Mike’s Cajun Cole Slaw

1 medium head cabbage shredded
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 lb. boiled shrimp (or crawfish) coarsely chopped
1 lb. crab meat

Mix mayo, mustard, seasonings, and vinegar. Fold mixture and seafood into cabbage.

Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving. I sometimes add some purple cabbage and shredded carrot for extra color.
